1. UPI Payments & Refunds

• If you make a payment via UPI and wish to request a refund, please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. - If the order has not been processed, you will receive the full refund minus the processing fee. - If the order has been shipped, the shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund.

2. Prepaid Orders & Return to Origin (RTO)

• In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO), where the order is returned to us due to delivery issues, the customer must pay the shipping charges if they wish to receive the order again. Shipping charges for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds for RTO Orders

• If your order is returned to us (RTO) and you request a refund instead of a re-shipment, please note that the shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. No Refund or Exchange Policy

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase. All sales are final.
